Service

TrueBadge provides AI content labeling, C2PA provenance embedding, and compliance logging. Outputs include a visible badge and metadata.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and platform policies. TrueBadge does not provide legal advice and cannot guarantee compliance.

Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal content or violate intellectual property rights. Abuse (excessive or automated uploads) may result in rate limiting or suspension.

Plans and billing

Free plans have limited usage and exports. Paid plans provide higher limits and additional exports. Stripe handles payments; cancellations follow Stripe’s billing rules.

Availability

TrueBadge uses a queued pipeline and AWS infrastructure. We aim for stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
